Bye-Bye Back Pain

Wednesdays 9:30am-10:30am

This class will focus on lower-intensity exercises to:

  • Strengthen and stabilize the muscles surrounding the spine
  • Improve posture
  • Work on common areas of weakness
  • Eliminate faulty movement patterns
  • Improve mobility
  • Increase overall function

Fitness Bootcamp

Thursdays 9:30am-10:30am

Get ready to sweat! This class combines cardiovascular training, HIIT, circuit training and resistance exercise to help you lose weight, increase strength and improve endurance!

Gymnastics & Silks

Saturdays 10:00am-11:00am

Bring out your inner gymnast! Learn basic gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline and silks moves in a fun, relaxed environment. Participants will use a variety of equipment, such as the floor, aerial apparatus, wall bars, parallel bars and trampolines. This class is perfect for those who want to improve their body awareness, coordination, balance and agility. No prior gymnastics or circus experience necessary!


Saturdays 11:00am-12:00pm

Feeling stiff? Our adult flexibility class will help you get moving again! A variety of stretching methods will be used to loosen up your joints and tight muscles. The aim of this class is to help adults maintain a functional range of motion to complete everyday tasks and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. This class is open to people of all flexibility levels! (It’s okay if you can’t touch your toes!)


Our adult-only open gyms are free training time to use any equipment, apparatus or floor space. This is not time to relax and socialize – participants must be exercising, stretching, or working towards their fitness goals.

Each open gym day/attendance is $10, unless already included in your class package deal.

Open Gym Times:
  • Mondays 8:30pm-10:30pm
  • Tuesdays 8:30pm-10:30pm
  • Wednesdays 7:00am-9:30am, 10:30am-12:00pm
  • Thursdays 7:00am-9:30am, 10:30am-12:00pm

Training sessions are $60/hour + tax. If booking multiple training sessions at once, discounts will be applied.
