Are You Ready for Results?
Training 10 classes per week is a serious commitment—and for an athlete who is ready to work consistently, it can lead to tremendous gains. At this frequency, students have the opportunity to build strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, body awareness, endurance, confidence, and technical skill at a much faster rate than they would through occasional training. More importantly, they are given enough consistent coaching time to reinforce correct movement patterns before poor habits have a chance to take over.
This is not simply about doing more classes. It is about using that additional training time with purpose.
Throughout the summer, the ABS coaching team will closely monitor the student’s development every step of the way. We will observe how their body is responding, identify areas that require more attention, and provide clear, step-by-step coaching based on what they need at each stage of their development.
Students can expect:
- Consistent technical instruction and correction
- Individualized coaching within each class
- Regular monitoring of strength, flexibility, control and skill development
- Recommendations regarding which classes and training areas should be prioritized
- Adjustments based on progress, challenges, fatigue and readiness
- A strong emphasis on fundamentals and correct repetition
- Support in developing confidence, discipline and productive training habits
As the student progresses, our recommendations may evolve. Certain areas may require additional attention, while others may develop more quickly than expected. We will continue to guide the training process so that the student is not simply attending more classes—they are receiving the right training at the right time.
High-frequency training creates the greatest results when every class has a purpose, every correction is understood, and every stage of development is carefully supported.
For the student who is ready to commit, work hard and be coached, this frequency of training can become a major turning point in their development.
Train Consistently. Develop Correctly. Achieve Real Results.
Student will be training: 40 classes in 4 weeks.
