Aerial Open Gym
Open Gym (Unsupervised/Non-Instructional) sessions, designed specifically for aerial students who have an established training program. Open Gym provides the perfect opportunity to train independently, allowing you to refine your skills and deepen your knowledge. Use this time to revisit and perfect the techniques you’ve learned in class, increase your repetitions, and safely explore new movements at your own pace. Whether you’re looking to master a specific skill or expand your aerial repertoire, Open Gym is an invaluable resource to help you achieve your goals and elevate your practice.
Open gym must be approved by head coach.
Only registered students are allowed onto the training floor.
Classes have priority of aerial points.
All training times must be pre-booked.
Selections remain the same for the duration of the session.
Drop-In must be booked a minimum of 24h before training day.
Resi-pit mats must be used at all times.
