Kinesio Pilates 60′

This special type of Pilates on the floor and with the equipment set is particularly suitable for those who want to improve gym skills, prevent injuries or suffer from chronic pain, reduced mobility and balance deterioration, or have a specific injury. It combines Pilates and Corrective Exercises.
Indicated for athletes or people who want to work with a specific and personal goal, working the whole body and have pain or injuries. This class is special because it works the whole body through Pilates movements designed to target core muscles, including Abdominal muscles. Hip muscles. Gluteus muscles.
Deep Posture muscles. Your body can become pain-free and improve overall function, balance and strength as you practice your proper program (minimum 4 sessions to see results).

This introductory one-on-one session is suitable for anyone visiting our space for the first time and looking to relieve pain, improve flexibility and mobility, improve posture, and practice Pilates. Assessment of posture and all body biomechanics, with specific tests so that we know how to indicate the best practice for you to achieve your goals.
