Focused trampoline and tumbling training built around each athlete’s level and goals.
Our Trampoline class is a structured, coach-led training session designed to develop the skills, strength, technique, body awareness, and confidence needed for trampoline and tumbling.
Rather than having every athlete perform the exact same exercise at the same time, athletes are partnered or placed into small groups and rotate through different training stations. The exercises at each station are selected based on the athlete’s current level, the skills they are working toward, and the areas they need to improve.
Every station has a purpose.
An athlete may be working on trampoline technique at one station, tumbling progressions at another, and then strength, shaping, landing mechanics, body control, or drills that support a specific skill elsewhere in the gym.
Training may include:
Trampoline skills and combinations
Tumbling progressions
Takeoff and landing technique
Body shapes and air awareness
Rotation and twisting drills
Handstands and inversion control
Strength and conditioning for tumbling
Jumping power and rebound
Flexibility and mobility
Technique correction
Skill-specific progressions
Consistency and confidence training
The goal is not simply to get more repetitions. Athletes learn how skills work, what physical qualities are required, and which progressions will help them move safely and confidently toward the next step.
Because athletes may be working toward different goals, the class can look different from one person to another. A beginner may be developing strong jumping mechanics, body shapes, and basic tumbling foundations, while a more experienced athlete may be refining a back handspring, salto, twisting skill, connection, or more advanced trampoline progression.
This is not open training. Athletes are guided through specific exercises and stations selected by the coach. The structure allows everyone to train at an appropriate level while still working together in the same class.
Whether the goal is to learn a new skill, improve technique, become more consistent, or build the physical foundation needed for harder tumbling, each part of the class is designed to move the athlete forward.
Different athletes. Different progressions. One goal: better trampoline and tumbling.
